COCIF CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancelations must be received at least 24 business hours after registration or beginning of any COCIF event or program whichever is later. Registration refunds are subject to a $25 cancelation fee or 35% of total event or program fee, whichever is greater. Cancelations must be received in writing by e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org to include the complete address of requestor. No refunds will be made for requests received by any other form and incomplete requests will be considered at non-existent.
Please note: No requests beyond 24 business hours after the beginning of ANY event or program will be accepted. Refunds will be issued by check and mailed to the appropriate address of requestor. Please allow seven to ten business days for processing. If the registration fee is $25 or less there will be no refund as to any request of greater than The registration fee for all COCIF programs, events or camps are forfeited if attendance is canceled. Registrants who cancel will not receive sports uniforms or materials.
