COCIF CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations must be received at least 24 business hours after registration of any COCIF event or program.  Registration refunds are subject to a $25 cancellation fee or 35% of total event or program fee, whichever is greater. Cancellations must be received in writing by e-mail centohiocif@yahoo.com or by fax at (614) 322-9389.  No refunds will be made for requests received by any other form.

Refunds will be issued by check and mailed to the appropriate address of requestor. Please allow seven to ten business days for processing. If the registration fee is $25 or less there will be no refund.

The registration fee for all COCIF programs, events or camps are forfeited if attendance is cancelled.  Registrants who cancel will not receive sports uniforms or materials.
